how many members play in kabaddi
Kabaddi is a traditional Indian sport that has gained international popularity in recent years. When it comes to team composition, each kabaddi team consists of 7 players on the field at any given time during a match.The game involves two teams competing against each other, with one player from the attacking team （called the raider） entering the opponent\“s half to tag as many defenders as possible while chanting kabaddi repeatedly. The defending team has 7 players who work together to stop the raider from returning to their half.
In addition to the 7 main players, teams typically have 3-5 substitute players who can be rotated during the game. The sport requires excellent physical fitness, breath control, and strategic teamwork among all 7 playing members.
