Antelope Canyon is one of the most famous slot canyons in the world, located on Navajo land near Page, Arizona. This stunning natural wonder is known for its wave-like structure and the light beams that shine down into the openings of the canyon, creating a spectacular visual display.

There are two separate sections of Antelope Canyon: The Crack and The Corkscrew, commonly referred to as Upper Antelope Canyon and Lower Antelope Canyon. Upper Antelope Canyon is more popular because its entrance and entire length are at ground level, requiring no climbing. Lower Antelope Canyon is located a few kilometers away and requires climbing ladders and stairs to explore.

Visitors to Antelope Canyon must be accompanied by authorized Navajo guides, as the area is part of the Navajo Nation. The best time to visit is between late March and early October when the sun is high enough to create the famous light beams that illuminate the canyon walls.
