Qatar is preparing to host several major international sports events in the coming months, showcasing its world-class facilities and commitment to sporting excellence.
The 2023 AFC Asian Cup will take place from January 12 to February 10, 2024, featuring 24 national teams competing across eight stadiums, including the iconic Lusail Stadium.
Qatar will also host the 2024 World Aquatics Championships from February 2-18, bringing together the world\“s best swimmers, divers, and water polo players.
Other notable events include the Qatar ExxonMobil Open tennis tournament in January and the MotoGP Grand Prix of Qatar in March.
These events demonstrate Qatar\“s growing reputation as a premier sports destination in the Middle East. |
