1.Pre-registration
To improve our service quality and your onsite attendance efficiency,ꁊlꁸerseas new and regular buyersꂀo will attend the Fair onsite shouldꁹe-registerꁲ advance.
I.ꁟrious benefits andꁎclusive serviceꁸꁹe-registration
(i)ꁏrst-hand knowledge of Fair highlights
After pre-registration forꁸsite attendance, you will get the latest information about Canton Fair highlights, exhibitors, products, events and so on through emails from the Canton Fair.
(ii)ꁏee gift
Overseas buyers who pre-registered for onsiteꁊtendanceꁌn collect a gift such as theꁌntonꁏirꁌmmemorativeꁹn, felt bag and so on in the Canton Fair Complex (more details about collecting the gifts will be notified further).

Overseas regular buyers (who have attended the Fair onsite)
Option 1: Pre-register via the Canton Fair APP
Scan the QR code to download the Canton Fair APP. Open the APP and tap “My”, and then click the “Login/Register” button in the top left corner. Click on "Buyer Badge" and select the phases you plan to attend, which completes the pre-registration process.
Option 2: Pre-register via the Buyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website
After registering or logging in with your account on the Buyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website （https://buyer.cantonfair.org.cn/）, you can sign up for onsite attendance on the homepage to complete pre-registration.ꀖOption 3: Pre-register via the email from the Canton Fair
If you receive an email from the official Canton Fair email address (cantonfair@newsletter.cantonfair.org.cnꁸꁌntonfair@newsedm.cantonfair.org.cn), you can click the phase you plan to attend and jump to a page with notice of successful sign-up.
Overseas new buyers (first time to attend the Fair onsite )
Option 1: Pre-register via the Canton Fair APP

From August 12 to November 4,ꂂu can apply for theꁌnton Fair Invitationꁽrough theꁋyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website.
How to apply?
Overseas regular buyers (who have attended the Fair onsite)
Registration/login→Apply for the Canton Fair invitation
(1) You can register or log intoꁽe Buyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website鼑ttps://buyer.cantonfair.org.cn/）, then jump to the homepage.ꀖ
(2)ꁌick “Invitation Letter”→“My Invitation Letters”on the left-side menu bar.
(3)ꁌick “Apply for Invitation Letter” on the upper right of the page. Your Canton Fair Invitation will be successfully applied after making sure your information is correct.
Overseas new buyers (first time to attend the Fair onsite)
Registration/login→Apply for Buyer Badge→Apply for the Canton Fair Invitation
(1)ꁢu can register or log into theꁋyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website鼑ttps://buyer.cantonfair.org.cn/）, and then jump to the homepage.ꀖ
(2) Click쀥antonꁏirꁋdges”→“Overseas Buyer Badge”onꁽe left-side menuꁋr. After improvingꂂurꁌmpany and personal information, you can check“Generate Invitation letter simultaneously”and click “Submit” .ꀖ
Note:ꁝe number of applications for the Canton Fair Invitation is limited, please ensure that all information is correct.
(3)ꁌick “Invitation Letter”→“My Invitation Letters”on the left-side menu bar, and thenꂂu can view,ꁹint or download theꁌnton Fair invitation.
